Since its relaunch in 2024, PETROLEX has established a reputation as a reliable partner and innovator in the petroleum products market of Uzbekistan. The plant has undergone a complete technical overhaul: every section has been modernised, modern measuring and control equipment installed, and all process units integrated with its own ERP system.
The result is a fully digital refinery: from the customer order to shipment, every operation is transparent and controlled within a single system.

THE PLANT JOURNEY
Development milestones
Full renovation and production launch
A year of major construction and relaunch. We built a new tank farm, carried out a major overhaul of the process units and digitised all lines on Siemens automation. We built a modern control room with a single control center, ran the first batches, brought a commercial product to market and launched the first version of ERP.
Industrial safety and ERP
We focused on the resilience and controllability of processes: we built an industrial safety system, deepened digitalisation and brought ERP into full operation — now every production stage is managed and traceable within a single system.
Stabilisation and first exports
Production has reached a stable mode. The first export shipments to neighbouring republics took place, and the team has begun to grow systematically — we are expanding staff for new volumes and directions.
Site expansion and second unit
The plant site is being expanded and a second refinery unit is under construction, and the development of an own network of fuel stations under the PETROLEX brand is being launched. This is the next step towards growing capacity and deepening processing within a vertically integrated company.
