This policy reflects the commitment of PETROLEX OIL REFINERY LLC to the principles of business integrity. We believe that corruption is incompatible with the company values — sustainability, innovation and reliability — and undermines the trust of partners, employees and society.
1. Zero tolerance
The company does not allow giving or receiving bribes, commercial bribery, abuse of authority or other corrupt acts — neither directly nor through third parties, in either the public or the private sector.
2. Gifts and hospitality expenses
Business courtesies are acceptable only within reasonable limits, do not influence decisions and do not create conflicts of interest. Any gifts in monetary form are prohibited.
3. Conflict of interest
Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the company and disclose any potential conflict of interest to management in a timely manner.
4. Working with counterparties
We select partners based on transparent criteria and expect them to follow the same anti-corruption standards. All settlements are conducted officially and recorded in accounting systems.
5. Reporting channels
Every employee and partner can report a violation confidentially and without risk of retaliation. The company guarantees protection for whistleblowers acting in good faith.
6. Liability
Violation of this policy entails disciplinary and, where there are grounds, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
