The PETROLEX code of corporate ethics sets standards of business conduct for all employees and describes how we make decisions and interact with colleagues, partners and counterparties.
We conduct business honestly and in good faith, comply with the law and internal standards, and are accountable for the results of our work.
Employees avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the company and report any potential conflict of interest in advance.
We compete fairly, respect the rights of partners and counterparties, and do not resort to unfair practices or market pressure.

Business gifts are acceptable only within the limits of ordinary business courtesy, create no obligations and do not influence decisions. Gifts in monetary form and any tokens of attention capable of influencing officials are not allowed.
Trade secrets, personal data and internal company information are protected and used only for work purposes.
