The PETROLEX code of corporate ethics sets standards of business conduct for all employees and describes how we make decisions and interact with colleagues, partners and counterparties.

1. Honesty and integrity

We conduct business honestly and in good faith, comply with the law and internal standards, and are accountable for the results of our work.

2. Conflict of interest

Employees avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the company and report any potential conflict of interest in advance.

3. Fair competition

We compete fairly, respect the rights of partners and counterparties, and do not resort to unfair practices or market pressure.

4. Anti-corruption

We do not tolerate bribery, kickbacks or facilitation payments. Read more on the "Anti-corruption" page.

5. Gifts and tokens of attention

Business gifts are acceptable only within the limits of ordinary business courtesy, create no obligations and do not influence decisions. Gifts in monetary form and any tokens of attention capable of influencing officials are not allowed.

6. Confidentiality and protection of information

Trade secrets, personal data and internal company information are protected and used only for work purposes.

7. Respect and equal opportunities

We maintain a respectful working environment free of discrimination and harassment and ensure equal opportunities for all employees.

8. Export compliance

We comply with applicable legal requirements, including export and sanctions controls, when working with foreign partners.

9. Reporting violations

Violations of ethics standards can be reported confidentially through the ethics line. Reports are reviewed objectively and whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
