PETROLEX builds a culture of safety across all areas — from the laboratory and process units to logistics and shipment. We comply with occupational and industrial safety legislation and continuously improve our processes.
1. Safety priority
No task is performed at the expense of safety. Every employee has the right and the duty to stop work if it threatens life or health.
2. Training and briefings
All workers undergo introductory and periodic occupational safety briefings, training for emergency situations and the use of protective equipment.
3. Protective equipment
Employees are provided with certified personal protective equipment, and workplaces meet safety requirements.
4. Emergency preparedness
The plant has emergency response plans, conducts drills and maintains round-the-clock control — monitoring of process operations and protection of the site.
5. Continuous improvement
We analyse incidents and near-misses, implement corrective measures and improve the safety culture based on data.
