In recent months there have been more cases of counterfeit being supplied to consumers under the guise of PETROLEX fuel. To protect clients, we have introduced an arbitration sample control service and explain in detail how it works and why it can be trusted.
What the problem is
Dishonest suppliers exploit brand recognition by substituting the product on the way from the plant to the end buyer. It is hard to tell the substitution by appearance, and the consequences — from loss of quality to equipment damage — fall on the clients.
How we protect the buyer
Every shipment is recorded in the plant ERP system and accompanied by seals with unique numbers. The buyer can verify the data at any time: enter the company TIN and the tanker seal number; receive order confirmation in real time; make sure the seal is registered in the system and has not been replaced.
- enter company tax ID and tanker seal number;
- receive order confirmation in real time;
- make sure the seal is registered in the system and has not been replaced.

Transparency is not an option but a mandatory condition of trust between the plant and the client.
What the buyer should do
Before acceptance, request a quality certificate, verify seal numbers via the arbitration sample control service and work only with authorized carriers. It takes a minute and completely eliminates the risk of receiving counterfeit.
